General terms & conditions

The present general conditions of contract will expressly regulate the commercial relations between Aldanondoyfdez S.L. (hereinafter, Aldanondoyfdez) and the users who make the purchase of the products offered through this website.

Users are informed that Aldanondoyfdez reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions of contract, any end provided, respecting in all cases the general conditions in force at the time of making the purchase or purchase made by the user.

These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of law 34/2002, services of the information society and electronic commerce, law 7/1998 on general contracting conditions, royal legislative decree 1/2007 by the revised text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users was approved in its latest amendment contained in law 3/2014 of March 27, law 7/1996 on the regulation of retail trade and as many legal provisions result from application.

The user, with the acceptance of the terms and conditions declares to know and accept the procedures set out here as necessary to proceed with the purchase.

Pre-purchase information

All the users will be able to visualize within the website, classified by categories and subcategories, the totality of products offered for their acquisition. By clicking on each one of them, the users will be able to access a complete file of the product where a small description will be indicated, its availability, instructions for use and price.

Aldanondoyfdez reserves the right to always decide the products and services made available to users in the online store, either temporarily or permanently. Likewise, it reserves the right to unilaterally modify, without prior notice, the prices of the products as well as the establishment of temporary offers on them.

All prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable and / or any other applicable taxes in the country of origin (except for those derived from international shipments or the import tarifs that might be aplied in the country of arrival). These prices will be valid at all times, except for possible manifest typographical errors. The transport is not included in the prices shown for the products, and its cost is later broken down when the purchase is finished.

Purchase system

The procedures to carry out the acquisition of products will be shown on the screen at all times and described in these general conditions.

To purchase products, the users must click on the image to select it. Once selected, they must select the desired size, and they can use the layout of international standards as a guide. Then they must add it to the “cart”, being able to choose at this moment to “continue shopping” or finish the purchase by clicking on the “checkout” button.

If the users wishes to see ther order at any moment, they can click on “checkout” situated at the top right of the screen and they will be directed to another page where they can see a summary of the selected products. From there they can choose between continuing to buy or confirm their order.

When the users have finalized the shopping list, they must click on the “checkout” button, which will be found in the lower part of the breakdown of his purchase. From this moment on, they must complete the information as requested and select, where appropriate, the delivery and billing address, shipping mode, and indicate the payment method they wish to use.

In a timely manner. There is the possibility of making custom orders, with characteristics defined by the buyer, by sending an email with the details of the order to contact@aldanondoyfdez.com.

Payment system

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, (visa, master card and American Express), and PayPal. The user may choose the payment method at the end of the purchase, and both payments will be subject to the following conditions:

Payment by credit card will be made through a payment gateway managed by a bank with a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the services of the bank and, subsequently, they are verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse. Aldanondoyfdez does not have the bank details, or the credit or debit card used by the user to make the purchase.

When the amount of the purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the payment card number, it will entitle the buyer to demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution, the former will be liable to the employer for compensation for damages caused as consequence of said cancellation.

Selected the payment method and having finalized the order Aldanondoyfdez will always send an email to the user confirming the order.

Sending orders

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, the destination of the package and the shipping method. Add that said expenses will be borne by the buyer. The total price corresponding to the shipping costs will be displayed in the order summary before proceeding with the purchase.

For shipments within Spain, shipping costs will be free for peninsula and Balearic Islands. For the rest of destinations, it will be necessary to consult in each case.

Aldanondoyfdez emphasizes the responsibility of the user to enter a complete and correct delivery address. At the time of delivery of the distribution order, the customer will be informed of this fact and the carrier will activate the tracking functions to guarantee delivery.

In the event that the client or the authorized person is not present at the time of delivery, and 7 business days have elapsed without having been able to contact or make the delivery, the costs of the subsequent forwarding will be borne by the customer.

In case of import taxes, the buyer will pay with the same, which will be charged once the order arrives at its destination, at the time of receipt of the same.

Exceptions in the delivery terms:

During the special offers on the Aldanondoyfdez website, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

The holiday periods of Aldanondoyfdez will be notified on the website and during the purchase process.

Aldanondoyfdez will not assume any responsibility for delay in the delivery of the orders when this delay is the exclusive fault of the buyer or the authorized person.

The customer assumes the risks of deterioration, loss, damage and loss of the products of the order from the moment of delivery of the same according to the procedure regulated in these terms and conditions. The customer will be responsible for the storage and conservation of the products under the conditions that, if applicable, are established in their labelling.

Return policy

The client will have a period of up to fourteen calendar days from the reception of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without indicating any reason.

The returned products must be in normal conditions (with their original packaging, without using or manipulating). Within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the return, Aldanondoyfdez undertakes to refund it through the same means of payment used for the purchase.

If the cause of the return is that the product is defective or does not correspond to the order, Aldanondoyfdez will bear the cost of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.

The refund of the amount will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same form of payment that was used.

In the event that a custom-made product has been ordered, the return policy described in the previous paragraphs will not apply.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will extinguish the obligations of the parties to execute the contract.

Aldanondoyfdez guarantees that the products that are presented for sale on its website, offer the highest quality for its use or consumption.

Applicable legislation. Submission to jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed by Spanish law, which will be applicable in the not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity, and execution.
